Technocrap

It just went off again in the drawer—the alarm on my mile counter. It’s playing a tiny, unrecognizable tune as it has every day at 7:30 p.m. for almost a year. You know, I’m self taught, but usually manage to remain respectable around technology. My VCRs aren’t blinking 12:00.  But I cannot, absolutely cannot get that alarm to silence. It has already sucked the battery to the point that digital indicators are blank. I would have no idea how far I walked with this on my waist, but I would be alerted that it is 7:30 p.m. It’s not only an annoyance, but testimony to my fallibility. I wonder if it works under water…….

I would recommend a hammer. Hammer’s have always worked wonders for me when it comes to solving complex technological problems. Give it a shot… I think you’ll find it a hit. (Pun most assuredly intended!) LOL! :-D

I like Lofter’s hammer idea. lol!

I have 4 pedometers and not one of them works when I’m wearing it, but they’ll do all sorts of tricks when they’re sitting in a drawer.

I’m still laughing! It’s so nice to know I’m not the only one who has something in the house I just can’t figure out. Thanks for letting me know about the War Child book, I’d forgotten all about that project!

If you do the hammer thing, like record it and make a YouTube video, do.

Kinda comforting in a way though, surely, to always know when primetime is about to start?

That settles it, I really think you should buy a lotto ticket at exactly 7:30

The solution is so simple
Ask a 7 year old…. :)
