The writer lives in Florida with her literary cats–plus critters in the oaks, pond, sky, sandy soil and burrows. She likes art and literature, and humor ranging from fart jokes to the brilliance of Steve Martin. She carries a warning label: Do not stir.
Her short fiction and non-fiction have been published in Presidio 2017, 2nd Prize, “Heartscapes,” Spruce Mountain Press,”Lost Dreams,” eight issues of Florida Writers Association Collections (top ten in 2013), as well as online at University of Texas website and several other small publications. She placed first in 2012 for Creative Non-fiction from Royal Palms Literary Awards and second in the same category in 2014.
Beda is co-founder, co-leader of Seminole County Writers group.
